Donation Terms & Conditions
By completing a donation or contribution to Black Fleet Network™ (“BFN”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Use of Funds
Black Fleet Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions support BFN’s mission to elevate Black and African American professionals across the fleet management and mobility ecosystem.
While donors may select a preferred funding area (e.g., Workforce Development, Membership Access, Sustainability/Clean Energy, General Giving), BFN reserves the right to apply all donated funds in alignment with organizational priorities, mission, and programmatic needs at its sole discretion.
Charitable Intent — Not a Purchase of Goods or Services
All donations are made voluntarily and are not payments in exchange for products, services, or other financial benefits. Any non-substantial benefits offered to donors are purely expressions of gratitude and do not represent a quid-pro-quo transaction.
No Refunds / Irrevocable Gifts
All donations are final and non-refundable. Contributions constitute irrevocable charitable gifts and may not be canceled once submitted.
Tax-Deductible Status
Donations to BFN may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive a confirmation email and/or receipt acknowledging the contribution. Please consult your tax advisor for specific tax guidance.
Donor Information & Privacy
BFN may collect donor information to properly process and acknowledge contributions. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties and will be used in accordance with BFN’s Privacy Policy.
In-Kind and Offline Contributions
Any non-monetary or offline gifts are subject to review and acceptance by BFN to ensure alignment with organizational standards and legal compliance.
